Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

Loscious Collection guarantees a safe shopping experience on our site. We respect your privacy and strive to always protect any personal information shared with us.

When placing an order I get an error message stating that there has been an authorization failure. What could have gone wrong?

Please double check the debit/credit card number and expiration date on your card. Also, please be aware that we currently accept Visa and MasterCard for credit card payment.

Sometimes your financial institution may place a temporary security hold on your card to ensure it is really you trying to make the purchase. This is especially common if you don't order online very often, if you've placed several online orders in a short amount of time, or if your card is very new. We recommend calling your bank to let them know you're trying to place an order so they can confirm your identity and clear your card for use again. In any case, since these error messages tend to come from your bank's servers and not from our site, we recommend calling your bank first for further information if you have received an authorization error.

What happens if the item I want is out of stock?

The majority of the items on our site consist of hard-to-find styles. Quantities are limited and the option of restocking is not always available. You may contact our customer service for consideration in pre-ordering a similar item.

We however recommend that if you find something you like on our site, place your orders as soon as possible to avoid any disappointments.

What are cookies? Do I need to enable cookies on my browser to shop at loscious.co.ke?

A cookie is a small amount of data that is sent to your browser from a web site and is stored on your computer's hard drive. Can I add additional items to my order once it has been placed?

Unfortunately we are unable to add additional items to an order once it has been placed. We are only able to cancel orders and/or cancel selected item(s) before the order has been delivered. Please note if you cancel your order, you run the risk that your selected item will be out of stock.

How do I change the delivery address or cancel my order?

A.

Please contact Loscious Collection Customer Service Team on +2547112872955 immediately if you need to change the delivery address or cancel your order. Please be advised that some orders are delivered very soon after order placement and it will not always be possible to make changes to the delivery address and/or cancel the order. Loscious Collection Customer Service hours are: 9.00 AM to 5PM GMT+3, Monday to Friday. Please note that Loscious Collection cannot change delivery addresses or cancel orders over social media.

What could be reason why an item in my shopping cart is no longer available at checkout?

A.

The selection on our site is live and reflects what is in stock at that moment. Placing an item in your shopping cart does not guarantee your right to purchase that item. Until you have completed the checkout process, another customer may purchase the item even if it is in your cart. If that happens, you will receive a message on the shopping cart page informing you that the item is no longer available and that you should remove it from your cart.
