If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 5 days of receiving your order for a prompt and courteous exchange or refund.
Returns made within the stipulated timeframe with the original receipt will be replaced with an item of equivalent price value.
Please follow the instructions below to facilitate a quick return and exchange:
- Kindly drop us an email on email@example.com. Then call us on +254711287295 and we'll help you place an exchange order with free delivery for a replacement item
- On the email kindly indicate the order you wish to return or part-return, within 5 days of receiving your order
- Provide the reason for returning the items
- Our team shall then respond with pick-up details of the original items. Be assured that courier charges will not apply during return and second delivery except in the case of wrongly ordered items.
- Be sure to include the following details inside of your return parcel: Full names and invoice number
Please note that for cosmetic products, only unopened or defective ones may be returned or exchanged.
Delivery of items for exchange will be done within 2- 3 working business days from the time of picking the original items.
We are more than glad to provide a replacement product provided the original item is returned within 5 days of receiving your order and with proof of purchase.
In case you are unable to find a replacement product, we shall within 72 hours issue a credit to your MPESA or debit/credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Please note that we also do not give cash refunds.
